This was by far the easiest dealership I've ever worked with. Everyone was nice, not pushy, very knowledgeable, and had everything together. I made this purchase 6 states away and drove in to get it. They were ready to go, had everything already loaded, and it was the first time I've not had to sit for hours at a dealership while they tried to get all the people in order. Negotiations were fair, and not relentless trying to milk every dime out. I traded a truck in for this new one and that process was super smooth. I would drive 6 states away just to buy here again. I went in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I got a phone call saying to sit down. It was gonna be $1500 to change my fluids and flush fluids that it was an overdue maintenance necessity when My HUSBAND came to pay Ryan informed us that it was all preventative after things were already done. Not impressed . I called and talked to the manager Steven, and he basically laughed at me and said that Ryan was doing his job. He didn’t even validate my side of things.

Jessica, When we spoke the other day, I explained that Ryan had reviewed all of the factory-recommended maintenance that was due on your vehicle. You chose to proceed with the transmission service and decline the other recommended items, which was entirely fine. During our phone conversation, you mentioned that, “you shouldn’t have had the transmission serviced and if there wasn’t something I could do for you,” you would leave a negative review — and it appears you’ve followed through on that. I want it to be clear that neither Ryan nor any of our advisors pressure customers. Our role is simply to provide the recommended maintenance and or repair list and allow each customer to decide how they’d like to proceed, just as you did in this case. Sean Farrell Service Manager

The check engine light appeared to be as a result of a minor exhaust leak at an exhaust fitting. The fitting was loosened and retighten and the smoke test proved the problem had been fixed. No charge to the customer because the truck is still under warranty.

Pleased with everything except the final billing when I found out my detailed invoice and the receipt didn't match. I was charged a $17+ dollar credit card fee on a billing of over $500. When I called back I was told it was a new dealership policy. Never head of that from a dealer service in my 50+ years of getting cars serviced or any charge I have ever had over a few bucks from a very small business on a very small purchase. Ridiculous. We even bought our car at Holloway. Does GM approve of this? I was told that other dealers are doing the same - not sure I believe that, but I'll find out. Enough to make me look around for another dealer/service provider which I am in the process of doing.

I had experienced hesitation in the transmission when starting from a stop. The problem was diagnosed with a bulletin and solved under warranty. I did need new tires and the service advisor informed me of a tire sale and I had them installed and an alignment done during the same appointment.

I bought my Buick Envision there 5 years ago and was so impressed with the people, including Tim, that I helped my sister (Carole Hanedanian) and my GF (Jen Osmani) buy their cars there too and have most of my service performed there. I came in to simply have the service department look at my sunroof that would not close fully, and after just 30 minutes, they believe it is the motor and said it is $3,000 to fix. BUT they billed me $169 for this review! Really? When I had my oil changed at Sullivan Tire, they looked at it for the same amount of time and did not charge me a dime. I mentioned at the time I got the bill that this seemed unreasonable, but I got a shrug. This is not good customer service. Marty Solomon

As usual, excellent service. Jesse Caswell helped me, as he has for years. I now own a 2025 GMC AT4 Ultimate, which was due for a second check-up at 10, 400 miles. I had just returned from some 2,000 miles of driving in northern Maine, which included lots of rough dirt roads and two- tracks. The AT 4 is one of the finest vehicles I've owned in a long life. All that was needed was an oil change and tire rotation.

I purchased genuine GM Parts myself for about 1/2 the price quoted by Holloway, got them within 2-3 days, and hand delivered them myself so they could be installed. Curious as to why the exact same parts were double the price and also some were not available.

Warranty issue with my vehicle. Parts department ordered the wrong part. Then tried to order right part, but on back order. Asked for a loaner, not available. Told me I should rent a car. Called another dealership, brought vehicle to them, they gave me a loaner at no charge. They also said if they did not have a loaner that because it’s warranty issue General Motors would cover cost of rental vehicle up to $40 a day. When I questioned your dealership about that, I was told it gets sticky. Will never have my car serviced at your dealership again. Poor customer service.

I would expect after a tire rotation, that the tire pressures would be checked and corrected if needed. Didn’t happen. Adding 3% to the bill for credit card use, even though I used a debit card, is bad form.

Heading for Florida in the morning and my truck threw a check engine code. They said they would do what they could about fitting me in to their tight schedule. I dropped the truck off that evening. I got a call early the next morning that the truck was fixed. They said a recent bulletin suggested a reprogramming of the ignition control model needed to be performed. It worked, thanks so much and it was under warranty.
